In a letter released today, Americans for Tax Reform was among a broad coalition of advocacy organizations from various backgrounds to congratulate Co-Chairs Guy Reschenthaler and Don Davis of the U.S. House of Representatives on forming the Tobacco Harm Reduction Caucus for the 119th Congress.

By bringing the issue directly to the halls of Congress, this timely initiative represents an invigorated effort to ensure that laws promote both public health and economic opportunity.
