Voters in West Virginia will decide tomorrow on dozens of candidates running in the May 12 primary election for state House and Senate. Many of these candidates have made a written commitment to taxpayers that they will oppose and vote against any and all tax increases while in office. Senator Jim Justice, Senator Shelley Moore-Capito, and Representative Carol Miller have all taken the Pledge on the federal level.
