Democrats Postponed Cap-and-Trade Debate - KEEP UP THE PRESSURE

A source from inside the U.S. House leadership office tells ATR that the Democrats have:

...temporarily postponed debate on the Cap & Tax bill. We are unsure of when later today, or if, they will proceed with the 3 hours of debate and vote on the Waxman-Markey legislation
